About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mobilisation Coordinator to join our West Australian team based in Kwinana.

The mobilisation Coordinator is responsible for coordinating end-to-end mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel across projects, shutdowns and sites ensuring all labour requirements, compliance checks and internal processes are met accurately as well as on time. This is a fast-paced, details focused role that works closely with project teams, site managers, people & culture teams, and external providers to support safe and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel for projects and shutdowns
  • Manage workforce requirements including medicals, inductions, training, licences, and compliance documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee and contractor records across systems
  • Liaise with project managers, site teams, and labour hire providers to meet project workforce needs
  • Track mobilisation schedules and ensure personnel are site-ready by required start date
  • Ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirement
  • Manage travel, accommodation, and logistics where required
  • Provide clear communication to personnel regarding mobilisation requirements and timelines
  • Promote a strong safety and compliance culture aligned with company values

Skills and Experience

  • Must be comfortable making calls to internal and external stakeholder
  • Previous experience in a mobilisation, workforce coordination, or administration role (resources, mining, industrial, or construction preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills
  • Proven Experience in multiple client induction portals such as BHP ERMS, MyPass Global, Mobilise-Me, INS
  • Experience using UKG - Ready is highly regarded
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
  • Australian driver’s licence
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
