Programmed Energy & Resources is seeking Multiple experienced Civil Operators to join our team at a reputable Coal Mine west of Rockhampton, offering long-term, stable employment at a site with over 15 years of mine life.

These roles offer an excellent opportunity to join a well-established operation with a supportive team environment and a consistent even-time roster.

We are currently recruiting for experienced:

• Final Trim Excavator Operators
• Final Trim Grader Operators
• CAT 777 Dump Truck Operators
• Dozer Operators
• Water Cart Operators
• Service Truck Operators
• Labourers / Ground Crew
• Cleaner / Peggy

✅Required Experience

To be considered for these roles, applicants must have:

• Proven experience operating relevant machinery in a civil or mining environment
• Current Driver's Licence
• Relevant machinery tickets / competencies
• Standard 11 (S11)
• Ability to pass a Coal Board Medical and Drug & Alcohol testing
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
