We Want The Operators Everyone Else Wants
We're looking for experienced Final Trim Operators capable of delivering quality work to specification without constant supervision.
You understand:

• GPS machine control systems
• Final trim tolerances
• Road construction
• Batter work
• Drainage construction
• Pavement preparation
• Finished surface presentation
• Production targets while maintaining quality

You're the operator the supervisor doesn't need to worry about.
Multi-Skilled Operators
We're also seeking highly capable operators experienced across multiple pieces of equipment including:

• Excavators
• Dozers
• Graders
• Loaders
• Water Carts
• Rollers
• Articulated Dump Trucks
• Haul Trucks
• Scrapers (highly regarded)

Operators with demonstrated versatility and a strong safety record will be highly sought after.

What We're Looking For
Final Trim Grader Operators

• Demonstrated final trim experience
• Experience operating GPS-equipped graders
• Road construction and civil earthworks background
• Ability to work to tight tolerances
• Strong safety focus
• Ability to work autonomously

Multi-Skilled Plant Operators

• Proven experience across multiple machine types
• Civil, mining or infrastructure project experience
• Excellent attitude and reliability
• Strong awareness of site safety procedures
• Ability to work effectively within production-driven teams

Essential Requirements

• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Relevant operating tickets and VOCs
• Construction White Card (where applicable)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
• Full Australian working rights
