Glencore's McArthur River Mine (MRM) is a Northern Territory mining operation. Stellar Recruitment is partnering with Glencore's McArthur River Mine to recruit an experienced Mobile Plant Maintenance Superintendent for this significant Northern Territory mining operation.

About the Role

You will provide leadership across the mobile maintenance function, with accountability for safety, people, equipment performance, reliability and continuous improvement. We are looking for a leader who can lift performance through their people — someone equally comfortable on the workshop floor, working with operational stakeholders and driving strategy around asset performance.
