Stellar Recruitment is partnering with a major Australian mining house seeking an experienced Mobile Plant Maintenance Superintendent to lead a substantial mobile maintenance function.

About the Role

The proposition is simple: an 8/6 roster, FIFO options from capital cities across Australia, strong remuneration, STIP and a serious leadership role on a large-scale operation.

You'll take ownership of mobile maintenance performance, leading supervisors and trades across safety, reliability, availability, cost and continuous improvement.

This role will suit a maintenance leader who knows heavy mobile equipment but, more importantly, knows how to lead people and build a high-performance maintenance culture.

This is a senior leadership position aimed at delivering excellent maintenance outcomes across a large mobile fleet and site.
