About the Company
Stellar Recruitment is partnering with Glencore's McArthur River Mine to recruit an experienced Mobile Plant Maintenance Superintendent for a significant Northern Territory mining operation.
About the Role
This is a senior maintenance leadership role with a global resources company, leading a substantial mobile equipment function in an operation where maintenance performance matters. McArthur River Mine offers scale, equipment, people and operational complexity to genuinely advance your career. With an established site infrastructure, an attractive 8/6 roster and the backing of Glencore, this is a role that provides lifestyle and longer-term opportunity. You will provide leadership across the mobile maintenance function, with accountability for safety, people, equipment performance, reliability and continuous improvement. We are looking for a leader who can lift performance through their people - someone equally comfortable on the workshop floor, working with operational stakeholders and driving strategy around asset performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the mobile maintenance function with accountability for safety, people, equipment performance, reliability and continuous improvement.
- Drive asset performance by lifting team capability, collaborating with operations and shaping maintenance strategy.
