Our client is looking for an experienced MLO Consolidator - Mobile Maintenance to join a leading mining operation in the Pilbara.

Roster: 8/6 roster FIFO from Perth

Start date: Early to mid July 2026

Duration: approx. 6 months - depending on client requirements

Pay Rate: $85.00 p/h + Super depending on experience

Please note that only people with relevant experience will be considered.

The Role:

This role plays a critical part in ensuring maintenance teams have the right parts, components, and materials staged and ready to support safe and efficient execution of planned work, shutdowns, and breakdown maintenance.

You will be responsible for coordinating, tracking, and consolidating maintenance materials across warehouse, planning, and execution teams - ensuring accuracy in SAP, strong communication, and seamless materials flow to support operational uptime.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on coordination role that sits at the centre of maintenance planning and execution.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Materials & Planning Support

• Monitor inboxes and prioritise incoming parts and planning requests
• Support 48-hour and weekly maintenance plans with parts readiness
• Identify missing components and escalate delays or risks
• Update SAP (stock locations and movements) with accuracy

Consolidation & Logistics

• Inspect and stage components for transport readiness
• Coordinate back freight, transport requests, and documentation
• Ensure parts are correctly tagged and fit for movement
• Maintain clean, safe, and organised consolidation areas

Returns & SAP Transactions

• Inspect returned components for condition and tagging accuracy
• Process return-to-stock transactions in SAP (YRET)
• Liaise with execution crews and warehouse teams to resolve issues
• Ensure correct storage and movement of returned parts

Shutdown & Staging Support

• Sequence and stage shutdown components for execution readiness
• Support haul dome and workshop staging requirements
• Manage core returns and ensure compliance with transport requirements

Stakeholder Communication

• Work closely with planners, warehouse, execution, and maintenance teams
• Escalate parts issues, risks, and discrepancies early
• Attend planning meetings and support handover processes

Required Experience:

• Experience in mining, maintenance, warehouse, logistics, or planning support
• Strong SAP experience (essential)
• High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
• Confident communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work in FIFO mine site environments (warehouse, yard, workshop)
• Forklift ticket and C Class driver's licence (required or willing to obtain)
• Proactive, safety-focused, and solutions-driven approach
