Mining Operators – Multiple Roles Available | Broken Hill Region

CoreStaff Broken Hill is seeking experienced Mining Operators for current and upcoming projects across Broken Hill and surrounding regions. We have multiple opportunities available for skilled operators across both mining and civil construction projects, with immediate starts available for suitable candidates.

Current Vacancies – Mining Operations

All-Rounder Operators (Excavator, Grader, Dozer)
Dump Truck / Water Cart Operators

Successful candidates will work on a 7 days on / 7 days off roster, with opportunities for additional shifts as project demands require.

These positions are primarily DIDO roles based out of Broken Hill. FIFO candidates may be considered for suitable roles.

Essential Requirements

Current Driver's Licence
Proven experience operating relevant machinery
Mining industry experience
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
Reliable and punctual work ethic
Ability to work in remote and varying environmental conditions

Highly Regarded

Multiple machine competencies
Current machinery tickets and VOCs
Previous mining site experience
