🚌 Mine Site Bus Driver / Cleaner | FIFO Weipa | 2:2 Roster

Programmed Skilled Workforce is seeking an experienced Mine Site Bus Driver / Cleaner to join our team in Weipa, Far North Queensland.

This role is suited to applicants with previous mine site, civil construction, remote camp or industrial site experience. Applicants must be comfortable undertaking both driving and cleaning duties as part of their day-to-day responsibilities.

📍 Weipa, Far North Queensland

About the Role:

• Transporting personnel to and from site in a 22-seat 4WD bus
• Cleaning site offices, crib rooms, toilet amenities and other site facilities
• Cleaning and maintaining buses to a high standard
• Completing stocktakes of cleaning materials and crib room consumables
• Assisting with general labouring and site support duties as required
• Maintaining a safe, professional and hygienic work environment
• Working both independently and as part of a team to support daily site operations

Essential Requirements:

✔ Previous mine site, civil construction, remote camp or industrial site experience
✔ Current HR Licence
✔ RIIVEH305F - Operate and Maintain a Four-Wheel Drive Vehicle
✔ Previous experience operating a 22-seat 4WD bus or larger
✔ Ability to pass traffic history and criminal history checks
✔ Eligible to obtain and maintain Driver Authorisation through the Department of Transport

✔ Apply Risk Management Processes certificate (or willingness to obtain)

✔ Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen
✔ Full Australian working rights

Highly Regarded:

• Additional plant operating tickets
• Civil construction experience
• Previous FIFO experience
