IntroductionAn excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Open Mine Engineer to join a well-established hard-rock gold operation in Kalgoorlie. This permanent position offers strong exposure across drill & blast, scheduling, planning and production optimisation. You'll work closely with technical teams and mining crews to support production delivery, short-term planning and operational improvements.About this role Develop weekly mine plans, drill and blast designs and production schedules Enter and validate operational data for accurate planning and reporting Reconcile production performance against plans and identify improvement actions Conduct stope performance reviews and optimisation work Collaborate with mining crews, geology, survey and contractors to support safe execution Assist with monthly and quarterly planning and reporting inputs Is this you? Strong open pit mining experience (hard-rock gold desired) Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent Experience in production engineering, drill & blast and scheduling Deswik experience highly desirable Pit optimisation exposure Strong communication and collaboration skills Commitment to safety and continuous improvement What we offer Permanent Position 8:6 Days only roster Growing Gold Miner Supportive Management
