MEM Planner

The Bald Hill Lithium project is currently seeking expressions of interest from internal MEM Maintenance Planners. In this role you will play a pivotal role in keeping our operations running at their best.

Working on an 8:6 FIFO roster, you’ll be part of planning short- to long-term maintenance activities, ensuring they align with our approved maintenance plan and support the optimal performance of all AMG assets on site.

This is an opportunity to showcase your expertise, collaborate with skilled trades and operational teams, and make a tangible difference to the reliability and efficiency of one of MinRes key mining operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and manage maintenance schedules to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient servicing and repairs.
• Utilise the Maintenance Management System to plan maintenance and major component replacement forecasts.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure parts and materials are available as required.
• Monitor defect reporting and condition analysis systems to keep maintenance schedules accurate and up to date.
• Continuously seek cost efficiencies through alternative suppliers and improved maintenance planning.
• Contribute to short- and medium-term maintenance planning to maximise equipment availability and operational productivity.

What will you bring?

• Previous experience in a maintenance planner role for HME Fleet
• Mechanical Trade
• Sound understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling principles
• *CMMS Experience with Pronto Highly desirable.
• Experience with Project / Excel etc.
• C Class licence

The Bald Hill Lithium Mine, located approximately 50 kilometres south-east of Kambalda in the Goldfields-Esperance, is preparing to recommence operations following a period of care and maintenance. Supported by a full on-site mining fleet, the operation is focused on efficient extraction and processing as it ramps back up. As part of Western Australia’s significant lithium industry, Bald Hill plays an important role in supplying spodumene for global battery manufacturing, offering an exciting opportunity to join a site entering a new phase of production.
