About the Role
- Lead day‑to‑day workshop operations
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and chargeable performance
- Oversee a workforce of 120+ trades and apprentices
- Supervise coordinators, planners, and QA/QC
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiency gains
- Liaise with clients on reporting, delivery, and quoting
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance
What You'll Bring
- Trade qualification (Diesel or Auto Electrical preferred)
- Experience managing a large mobile maintenance workshop
- Strong understanding of UG/OP mining equipment (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Pronto (desired)
- Valid manual driver's licence
- Clear National Police Clearance
- Confident, empowering leadership style
