Description & Requirements
Monadelphous is seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters to join our team in Mt Isa for an exciting shutdown commencing August-October. We offer a great opportunity to work with a leading company in the resources, energy, and infrastructure sectors with a focus on providing diverse career opportunities and a strong team culture.
What you will bring:
- Mechanical Fitter trade qualification (Certificate III or equivalent).
- Current Australian Driver's License.
- Construction White Card.
- In date working at heights and confined spaces tickets
- Experience in mechanical maintenance and fault finding.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on plant and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical faults.
- Complete inspections and routine servicing.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with site procedures.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records.
