Mechanical Fitters – Long-Term Project | Full-Time Opportunities 14:7 Roster | Day & Night Shifts | $59.56/hr Including Allowances | Permanent Full-Time
Techforce Personnel is urgently seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters to join a major long-term project, with work expected to continue for the next couple of years.

What's on Offer
- $52.18 per hour base rate
- $5.40 per hour site uplift
- $1.98 per hour tradesperson allowance
- Total: $59.56 per hour including allowances
- Pay increase scheduled for December
- Permanent full-time employment
- Paid annual leave and personal/sick leave
- 14:7 roster – 11-hour shifts
- Day and night shift opportunities
- Long-term project with several years of work anticipated
- Immediate opportunities available
About You
- Australian-recognised Mechanical Trade Certificate
- Experience in mechanical construction, installation or maintenance
- Ability to work safely in a construction environment
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
- Available to mobilise as soon as possible
