About the Role

Due to uptake in projects, we seek an experienced Material Coordinator to manage material control at a regional distribution facility supporting delivery of well-site equipment packages. This is a site based role with accountability for material control including receive, verification, storage, allocation and release. You'll be working closely with site teams while maintaining control of material integrity, traceability and compliance with project requirements.

This role provides opportunity for a results-oriented Material Coordinator seeking an opportunity with a fast-growing organisation working on a range of Gas projects. The position will operate on a Monday to Friday basis with occasional weekend work as required.

  • Work closely with site teams while maintaining control of material integrity, traceability and compliance with project requirements

About You / Requirements

  • Proven experience in material coordination across Oil and Gas, mining or industrial construction
  • Strong understanding of traceability, QA requirements, and controlled release processes
  • High proficiency in Excel and materials tracking systems
  • Able to operate independently and manage competing priorities
  • Technical proficiency interpreting engineering drawings, supporting material identification and verification
  • Understanding of mechanical and instrumentation components across project documentation
