Our Opportunity
Work Location: Fortescue’s Perth CBD office located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people
Roster: Monday to Friday (flexible hours, with childcare crèche available)

We are currently seeking a Material & Logistics Specialist to join our team in Perth.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the movement of materials, equipment, and inventory across operations
- Monitor stock levels and manage inventory systems, with a strong focus on SAP utilisation
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation within SAP
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within logistics processes
- Undertake periodic site visits (approximately 3–4 times per year) to support operational alignment
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or materials coordination
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP (essential), particularly in materials management and logistics modules
- Proven ability to manage inventory systems and data integrity within SAP
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving capability
