About the Role
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering digital marketing, social media, brand communications, and promotional activities across the Breight Group businesses. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position based at our Rivervale head office.
This is a hands-on marketing role where you will work closely with the Employee Engagement Manager and key stakeholders across the business to create engaging content, deliver marketing campaigns, and enhance the Breight Group brand.
You will play a key role in promoting our people, projects, training services, and operational achievements through digital channels, marketing initiatives, and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage engaging content across social media, website and digital channels
- Deliver marketing campaigns, promotions, events and brand initiatives
- Produce photography, videography and short-form video content
- Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all communications
- Support internal communications, employee engagement and employer branding activities
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to drive continuous improvement
About You
- Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related discipline
- Previous experience in a marketing or communications role
- Experience managing social media platforms and digital content
- Strong writing and communication skills across web, email and social channels
- Proficiency in Canva and content creation tools
- Experience with WordPress or similar website platforms
- Basic photography, videography and video editing skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
