About the Role

Execute timely and safe maintenance activities: preventive, corrective and predictive on the equipment and installations of the Crushing area, providing technical support to the production process to ensure operational continuity, asset availability and compliance with safety standards defined by the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance on equipment and installations in the Crushing area, according to the established planning.
• Perform technical inspections, fault analyses, parameter checks and condition diagnostics of equipment to ensure reliability and availability.
• Participate in disassembly, repair, assembly, adjustment and replacement of mechanical components on-site or in the workshop.
• Coordinate with supervision and operational personnel the execution of maintenance work, contributing to operational continuity of the process.
• Apply technical knowledge on crushing equipment, screens (harneros), conveyors and drive systems for proper intervention execution.
• Safely operate tools and support equipment, ensuring compliance with procedures, safety standards and risk controls.
• Record activities in work orders and management systems, maintaining traceability of interventions and safeguarding equipment, tools and installations.

Requirements

• Complete secondary education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in industrial or mining plants.
• At least 2 years of experience in maintenance of mineral processing equipment (excluyente).
• Knowledge of crushing equipment such as MK2 crushers, Symons and MP1000, as well as screens and conveyors (excluyente).
• Hydraulic systems knowledge, interpretation of drawings, fault analysis, identification and clearance (excluyente).
• Metrology proficiency.
• Experience in mounting and adjustment of bearings and medium/large-volume components.
• Welding experience 4G/G4 (excluyente). Certification desirable.
• Crane/boom truck operation experience. Certification desirable.
• Valid Class B driving license (excluyente).
• Class D license valid (desirable). Experience in sampling processes (QA/QC) and quality control of sampling.
• Health suitability for the role.
