Manager - Project

We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Project Manager to lead operations at our site on a structured 8/6 roster (11-hour days).
This is a critical leadership role responsible for delivering high-quality services, managing contract performance, and driving operational excellence within a dynamic site-based environment.

Reporting to the Area Manager you will be accountable for the end-to-end management of site operations, ensuring contractual obligations are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with client expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing site operations across catering, cleaning, and retail services
• Leading and developing a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Overseeing budgets, financial performance, and cost controls
• Driving compliance across safety, food safety, and legislative requirements
• Managing rosters, workforce planning, and mobilisation activities
• Identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and commercial outcomes

This role requires a strong operational leader who can balance client engagement, team leadership, and financial performance in a remote setting.

• Proven experience in a Project Manager, Village Manager, or Operations Manager role (ideally within remote/FIFO environments)
• Strong leadership capability with demonstrated success managing large teams
• Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving performance outcomes
• Excellent stakeholder management and client engagement skills
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and compliance frameworks
• Experience with workforce planning, rostering, and mobilisation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote site environment

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in similar roles across large-scale, multi-service or remote operations environments, including organisations such as major mining, resources, facilities management or hospitality provider.
Exposure to fast-paced, client-driven contracts will be highly regarded, along with a proven ability to deliver results in complex, high-volume settings.
