Maintenance Technician (OT)

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operational Technology Technician to join our winning team. The position is permanent full time, working a dayshift lifestyle roster. We offer an attractive remuneration package including performance-based bonuses. Relocation assistance may be available for eligible candidates.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Follow maintenance and service plans for Operational Technology systems within the weekly maintenance plan process as instructed by the Operational Technology Engineer
• Conduct day to day maintenance, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of OT systems including CAS (Collision Awareness System) and PCN communication systems
• Promoting and maintaining a high level of positive safety performance & workplace culture through teamwork, personal commitment, and application of the Mangoola Coal values.
• Promoting positive relationships with our stakeholders & community; and
• Taking all reasonable steps to minimise impact on the environment.

About you:

• You will have a relevant trade qualification (ie. comms technician, electrical, auto electrical)
• Experience with open cut mining fleet management systems (i.e. Leica, Modular, Guardvant, VIMs) is desirable
• Experience in working with heavy earthmoving machinery and programmable logic control systems is desirable
• You will be someone who demonstrates self-leadership, a positive attitude, and an unwavering commitment to working proactively and effectively.
• You have the ability to follow a plan and the resilience to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
• You will have a willingness to contribute to a winning team, whilst also focusing on your personal and professional development.
