About the Role

MACA is seeking a permanent Maintenance Supervisor to join the Duketon South project on a permanent, full-time basis, working an 8/6, 7/7 FIFO (DS:NS) roster from Perth. The Duketon South project is located in the Northeastern Goldfields of Western Australia, approximately 130 kilometres north of Laverton.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a mobile maintenance team in a mining production environment.
• Manage breakdowns, diagnostics and repairs across all mobile fleet.
• Ensure vehicles and equipment are functioning correctly and report any defects to the Maintenance Superintendent.
• Attend and contribute to pre-shift, toolbox and safety meetings.

About You / Requirements

• Trade qualified in a mechanical discipline.
• Experience leading a mobile maintenance team in a mining production environment.
• Extensive experience in breakdowns, diagnostics and repair abilities across all mobile fleet.
• Hold a current WA drivers’ licence and relevant high-risk tickets.
• Attend and contribute to pre-shift, toolbox and safety meetings.
• CMMS - AMT, Pronto, JDE advantageous.
