Rate:$78 - $90 per hour flat rate + super
Assignment Length: 6 months
Location: Greater Hope Downs 

We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Scheduler to join a shutdown and maintenance team supporting a Tier 1 mining company.

This role will suit someone with a background in fixed plant maintenance scheduling who can step into a fast-paced environment and hit the ground running. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining shutdown and maintenance schedules, coordinating with key stakeholders, and ensuring work is planned and scheduled safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain maintenance and shutdown schedules using Prometheus
• Identify critical path activities and monitor schedule performance
• Coordinate labour, equipment and contractor requirements
• Work closely with maintenance, planning, reliability and operations teams
• Ensure materials and parts are available to support scheduled work
• Identify schedule risks, constraints and opportunities for improvement
• Support shutdown readiness and execution activities
• Ensure all work is planned in line with site safety and compliance requirements

About You

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Scheduler in a fixed plant mining environment is essential
• Strong working knowledge of Prometheus Scheduling(essential)
• Experience supporting shutdowns, outages or major maintenance campaigns
• Strong understanding of fixed plant equipment and maintenance workflows
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage changing priorities and work to tight deadlines
• High attention to detail and a strong focus on safety
