The Role

Working closely with our Workshop Managers, you’ll play a key role in leading workshop teams, driving performance and ensuring safe, efficient maintenance operations across our WA projects.

You’ll be responsible for supporting trades teams, mentoring apprentices, maintaining high safety standards and helping keep our heavy mobile equipment operating at its best.

What You’ll Bring

• HD Diesel Mechanic Trade Certificate
• Supervisor Section 26
• Valid Driver’s Licence — HR+ highly regarded
• Proven experience leading tradespeople and apprentices
• Strong organisation, time management and people skills
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and maintenance systems

• CAT 980–990 Loaders
• 40–45T CAT Excavators
• Kenworth & Mack Prime Movers
• Side Tippers
• QSK19 Engines
• CAT & Komatsu heavy mobile equipment
