About the Role

As a Maintenance Mechanical Fitter, you'll be a vital part of the operations team, ensuring machinery runs smoothly and safely. Reporting to the Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, your expertise will help deliver reliable, efficient maintenance that keeps the mine running at its best.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing planned and unplanned maintenance with safety at the forefront.
• Diagnosing and fixing mechanical faults to maximize equipment uptime.
• Collaborating with Processing, Metallurgy, Mining, and Engineering teams.
• Upholding safety, governance, and sustainability standards.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

• You're a proactive, safety-conscious tradesperson with a passion for excellence.
• Your strong communication skills and collaborative nature enable you to work effectively across disciplines.

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Certificate III in Mechanical Engineering.
• Current Driver’s License.
• Working at Heights & Confined Space tickets.
