Mining | Permanent Role | Strong Maintenance Background Required

Join a leading mining services provider as a Trainer – Corporate Systems , delivering high‑quality SAP S/4HANA training across maintenance and corporate teams. This permanent role offers the chance to make a real impact by lifting capability, improving system adoption, and supporting operational excellence across the business.

We are specifically seeking someone with a hands‑on maintenance background , not just SAP exposure. Your ability to connect system training to real‑world maintenance processes will be key to success in this role.

About the Role In this role, you will:

  • Deliver practical SAP S/4HANA training to maintenance and corporate teams
  • Use your maintenance experience to align training with real operational workflows
  • Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and training schedules
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure training supports standard maintenance processes
  • Travel to operational sites to deliver on‑site training (approx. one week per month)
  • Support continuous improvement across systems, processes, and training delivery

Preferred Requirements

  • Strong maintenance background with experience in SAP S/4HANA Asset Management / Maintenance
  • Prior SAP maintenance experience (beyond purely systems‑focused roles)
  • Experience delivering instructor‑led training (face‑to‑face and online)
  • Ability to create clear, effective training materials and documentation
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly to operational sites

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in a relevant discipline, or 5+ years equivalent experience
  • Extensive experience as a lead instructor delivering SAP system training
  • Mining industry experience highly desirable
