Maintenance Clerk

As a Maintenance Clerk with NRW, you will be responsible for providing a range of administrative functions to support the Maintenance Superintendent and other key stakeholders within the project

To be considered for this position as a Maintenance Clerk you must possess the following as a minimum:

• Recent experience as a Maintenance Admin
• Experience in the mining and or civil industries
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
• Proficiency in modern IT applications including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Experience with maintenance management systems is highly desired
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail

As a Maintenance Clerk on our site, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Ensure compliance with the project management plan including all NRW polices, procedures and standards
• Data entry for numerous daily, weekly and monthly undertakings
• Maintain maintenance files and plant history associated with all machines
• Monitor and record on-going plant defects and maintain the plant defect management system
• General administration duties
• Input machine SMU hours for all plant daily
• Perform any additional tasks as directed which are within your skill, qualification and competence level
