LV Mechanics | FIFO

Programmed Energy & Resources are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated LV Mechanics to join our MEM team supporting operations with Rio Tinto.

This role is responsible for performing routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on light vehicles, as well as diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults using appropriate diagnostic tools, ensuring work must be carried out safely and to a high standard.

Role Requirements

• Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent)
• Experience working in a mine site
• Current Australian Manual Driver's Licence
• Automotive Air Conditioning Licence (Highly desirable)
• Demonstrated commitment to safety
• A pro-active approach to resolving issues and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
