About the Role

As part of this project, Barminco is seeking experienced and motivated LV Maintenance Shift Supervisor to join the team on a full-time basis (8/6 FIFO ROSTER ex Perth). These roles are integral to delivering safe, productive and efficient underground mining operations at the Bellevue Gold Mine while contributing to the continued success and expansion of the Bellevue Gold Mine.

Your role will position provides the first line of supervision and leadership for the workshop personnel, allocating tasks, monitoring work progress and quality whilst ensuring that work is carried out adhering to company policy and procedures.

• Roster: 8/6 FIFO ex Perth
• Previous experience working as a leading hand / supervisor within a mining workshop environment (preferably)
• Provide direction for the workshop personnel to carry out maintenance tasks safely in line procedures.
• Ensure daily planned work scheduled is achieved and updates communicated to the maintenance Foremen and Planner.
• Monitor work in progress to ensure allocated personnel have the necessary knowledge and skill to complete the task.
• Provide technical support to workshop personnel and assist with coaching.
• Relevant trade qualifications, certificates, and licences.
• A valid manual Australian driver licence (C Class minimum).
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive workplace
