The Role

Reporting to the Business Manager, SRG are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lubrication Technician to join our team located in regional Portland, Victoria on a Permanent Full-Time basis.

As a Lubrication Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out lubrication and preventative maintenance tasks on plant and equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine lubrication of plant machinery and equipment
• Monitor oil and grease levels and ensure lubrication schedules are followed
• Conduct oil sampling and sending samples for laboratory analysis
• Record maintenance activities and update preventative maintenance systems
• Support teams with reliability improvements and equipment servicing

The successful applicant will ideally have

• Hands on experience with servicing heavy plant and equipment
• Knowledge of lubricants and lubrication techniques
• Excellent computer and systems skills and knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Australian working rights
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including a drug & alcohol screen
