About the Role

The opportunity We're looking for an organised and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support our Metering business. Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by coordinating logistics, managing inventory, supporting warehouse activities and ensuring technicians have the materials they need to deliver for our customers. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily deliveries, collections and logistics activities
• Manage inventory levels to support operational and contractual requirements
• Support warehouse operations including receiving, dispatch and stock control
• Liaise with technicians, suppliers and subcontractors to meet delivery schedules
• Conduct stocktakes and investigates inventory variances
• Prepare purchase orders, delivery documentation and inventory reports
• Monitor logistics performance and resolve supply issues quickly
• Maintain a safe, organised and efficient warehouse environment

About You

• Experience in logistics, warehousing or supply chain operations
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience using inventory management or ERP systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and a customer-focused approach
• Current Driver's Licence required
• Forklift Licence (LF) and qualifications in Warehousing, Logistics or Supply Chain are highly regarded
