Tritton mines from multiple sources and as we look to bring more mines into production, we are are transitioning to a ‘hub-and-spoke’ model where ore is transported to our centralised mill for processing.

About the Role

The Nitty Gritty

We are seeking an experienced Supply & Logistics Superintendent to lead critical supply chain, warehouse, and inventory functions across the operation. Overseeing procurement, freight, inventory control, stocktaking, critical item management, and explosives management, you will ensure the efficient and compliant delivery of operational support.

As a key leader, you will mentor and develop Supply Officers, Warehouse Officers, Magazine Keepers, and Purchasing Officers while providing strategic oversight of inventory performance and supply chain effectiveness. Working closely with management and operational teams, you will drive continuous improvement, operational readiness, and supply efficiency.

What you Bring:

• Cert IV in Warehousing Operations (Desirable)
• Diploma of Logistics – (Desirable)
• Understand general Underground Mining operations
• Previous Warehousing experience in a Supervisory role
• Previous Purchasing experience – Minimum 5 years
• Previous Explosives Handling experience (Desirable)
• Proficient at using the Pronto Inventory Management System (or equivalent IMS)
• Proficient at using the Microsoft Office suite (Predominantly Excel) – Microsoft Excel Advanced
• Occupational Health and Safety Requirements within a mining environment
