About the Role

This role is at the heart of our learning ecosystem, with a strong focus on governance and optimisation of our Learning Management System (LMS). You’ll bring together technical expertise, stakeholder collaboration, and a passion for continuous improvement to enhance how we deliver learning at scale. Location: Brisbane preferred, however applicants from Sydney or Melbourne are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the governance, optimisation, and administration of the Learning Management System to ensure a smooth and reliable user experience.
  • Manage system integrations and data flows, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organisational data rules.
  • Analyse learning data and system insights to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver effective, scalable learning solutions.
  • Support broader L&D initiatives, including learning program coordination, system enhancements, and continuous improvement projects.

About You / Requirements

  • Proven experience in Learning Management System (LMS) administration and governance.
  • Strong background in system integration and managing complex data flows, with a deep understanding of data governance principles.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret learning data to support decision-making and improve outcomes.
  • Experience working collaboratively with stakeholders in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities.
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (desirable) and/or relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Education, or related fields.
