Westgold Resources is shaping the future of gold mining in WA—and we’re looking for an experienced Leading Hand Service Crew to help drive safe, efficient underground operations.

The Opportunity

  • Permanent, full-time FIFO (ex Perth)
  • Multiple roster options across WA sites
  • Step into a hands-on leadership role within a high-performing underground team

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and mentor Service Crew operators on shift
  • Coordinate daily service crew activities to meet production targets
  • Oversee ventilation installation (fans, vent bags, ducting)
  • Supervise ground support, services installation (air, water, paste)
  • Drive safety standards, hazard management, and compliance
  • Support production crews (jumbo, bogger, charge-up)
  • Manage dewatering systems, pumps, and underground services
  • Complete shift reports, pre-starts, and inspections

What You Bring

  • Strong underground experience (Service Crew essential)
  • Previous Leading Hand / supervisory experience (preferred)
  • Proven leadership and safety focus
  • Manual C-Class Driver’s Licence
  • Current National Police Clearance
  • DGSC (or willing to obtain)
  • Full Australian working rights
