The Opportunity

Join our Remanufacturing workshop at Komatsu in Welshpool on a 7:7 day shift roster.

You'll lead a skilled team and oversee a diverse range of work, including strip and rebuild projects. In this role, you'll plan and coordinate technician workloads, provide day-to-day support, and play a key role in developing the team's skills and capabilities.

This is a permanent full-time position with Komatsu.

Annual Potential Earnings: $166,085.00

**Role Located:**Welshpool, WA

What we are looking for:

• Proven Leadership experience
• Cert III Heavy Diesel Technician or equivalent
• Proven experience working with heavy mobile plant
• Prior experience with remanufacturing components
• Commitment to safety for yourself and others
