About the Company

Join a leading engineering consultancy delivering sustaining capital and brownfields projects across the resources sector. With a strong pipeline of work from major mining clients, this is an opportunity to take on a technically focused leadership role within a growing structural team.

About the Role

You'll provide technical oversight across structural engineering projects, maintain strong client relationships, and play a key role in mentoring engineers while remaining hands-on in design and project delivery.

The Role

  • Lead the delivery of structural engineering packages for sustaining capital and brownfields projects
  • Review, approve and sign off structural designs, drawings and calculations
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a growing team of engineers and designers
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across major mining operations
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, practical and cost-effective engineering solutions
  • Support business growth and contribute to the expansion of the structural capability in Western Australia

About You

  • Degree qualified Structural Engineer
  • Chartered status and RPEQ/CPEng (or eligibility) highly regarded
  • Extensive experience delivering structural engineering projects within mining, resources, heavy industry or related sectors
  • Demonstrated ability to review and approve engineering calculations and design documentation
  • Strong client-facing experience with proven stakeholder management skills
  • Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams
  • Practical, hands-on approach with excellent technical problem-solving abilities
