Lead - Site Commercial & Process Control

Join MLG as a Site Commercial & Process Control Lead and play a key role in driving cost performance, improving processes, and strengthening commercial discipline across our site operations.

About the Role

Working closely with Project Managers and site leadership, you will:

• Deliver real-time cost control, forecasting, and reporting
• Identify cost risks early and drive proactive solutions
• Improve and automate key site processes (POs, invoicing, reporting)
• Strengthen governance, accuracy, and compliance
• Reduce admin burden on PMs and improve team productivity

About You

• Experience in cost control, commercial, or project controls roles (mining/resources preferred)
• Strong financial and analytical capability
• Proven ability to improve processes and drive efficiencies
• Confident working with stakeholders across site operations
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP exposure highly regarded
