Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Lead technical governance, checking and discipline engineering delivery.
  • Prepare and review feasibility, concept and detailed design packages.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, Australian Standard and project requirements.
  • Develop specifications, design methods and functional requirements.
  • Support procurement, technical evaluations, construction and commissioning.
  • Mentor engineers and drive best-practice engineering outcomes.

What you’ll bring

  • Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering.
  • 10+ years’ mining, minerals processing or heavy industrial experience.
  • Strong discipline technical capability and design governance experience.
  • Proven leadership, mentoring and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong understanding of HSE, statutory requirements and industry standards.
  • Site, construction, commissioning or operations exposure highly regarded.
