Job Description

Senior leadership role supporting a major project, taking ownership of all Electrical, Instrumentation & Control (EI&C) scope from design through to commissioning.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead EI&C engineering across FEED, design, execution and commissioning
  • Act as technical authority, ensuring alignment with standards and owner requirements
  • Provide assurance of EPCM deliverables (design reviews, specs, calculations)
  • Manage stakeholder interfaces across project, operations and contractors
  • Review/approve technical documentation, vendor packages and TQs
  • Support procurement, including technical bid evaluations
  • Identify and resolve technical risks/issues
  • Contribute to commissioning and handover

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation / Control Engineering
  • Extensive EI&C experience in mining, minerals processing or infrastructure
  • Proven Lead / Principal level background (owner’s or EPCM)
  • Strong capability across power, instrumentation, PLC/SCADA and field systems
  • Experience managing EPCM contractors and multi-discipline teams
  • Strong leadership, governance and stakeholder engagement skills

Desirable

  • Greenfield or underground project experience
  • WA major project exposure (owner-operator standards)
  • Commissioning and operational readiness experience
