Key Account Manager | Remote Operations

Sirrom Corporation is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to take ownership of one of our key client partnerships across two remote operations.

About the Role

Working a FIFO 4/3 roster and reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall operational and commercial performance across both sites. You’ll work closely with the client and Village Managers to ensure service standards, contractual requirements, budgets, safety and KPIs are consistently achieved.

You’ll maintain a strong presence across both sites, support operational challenges, drive consistency in service delivery and identify opportunities to improve performance and strengthen the client partnership.

This is a hands-on senior role suited to someone who knows remote village operations, understands the commercial side of a contract and can build strong, trusted client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Mentor, coach and support Village Managers across multiple remote sites
• Maintain regular site presence and ensure consistent operational standards
• Take ownership of the financial performance of assigned contracts
• Drive labour, food cost, profitability and overall contract performance
• Identify cost leakage, contract variations and opportunities for additional services
• Monitor contractual KPIs, SLAs, audits and compliance requirements
• Support mobilisations, demobilisations and operational improvement projects
• Work closely with Recruitment, HR, HSEQ and other support teams
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance across your portfolio
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and strengthen existing client partnerships
• Provide Village Manager relief coverage where operationally required

About You / Requirements

We’re looking for someone who knows remote operations and can confidently move between client conversations, commercial performance and what is actually happening on site.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

• 5+ years’ experience managing multiple remote accommodation, village or facilities management contracts
• Proven experience leading geographically dispersed teams
• Strong commercial and financial management experience
• Senior-level client and stakeholder management experience
• Strong understanding of contract performance, labour management, budgets and operational KPIs
• Experience within mining, energy, defence or remote infrastructure environments
• A practical, hands-on leadership style and the ability to build credibility quickly
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced operational environment
• Current C Class Driver’s Licence
• Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance, medical and required site inductions
• Food Safety Supervisor and ICAM or investigation training will be highly regarded
