About the Role

Day-to-day, you’ll be involved in a mix of office-based engineering work and on-site exposure. Initially, you’ll focus on producing testing & commissioning documentation, understanding system design, and supporting implementation activities. Over time, you’ll gain hands-on experience on site, contributing to commissioning activities and broader project delivery.

You’ll work closely with engineers, project teams and external partners, learning how complex systems come together in a live operational environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the development of engineering design and project documentation, including reports, drawings and plans.
  • Assist with preparing testing, commissioning and inspection documentation.
  • Review and help coordinate design outputs to ensure they meet project requirements.
  • Work closely with project teams to support procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
  • Contribute to design reviews, help resolve technical issues, and assist with on-site installation, testing and commissioning activities.

About you

  • A degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or similar.
  • A recent graduate or early-career engineer keen to build hands-on experience.
  • A genuine willingness to learn and develop new skills in a project environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
