Techforce Personnel is currently seeking experienced Fixed Plant Electricians for ongoing FIFO opportunities with one of Australia's leading mining contractors, working on a major BHP iron ore operation in Western Australia.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term, ongoing work on a family-friendly 8:6 / 7:7 roster, with competitive rates and the opportunity to work within a highly regarded maintenance team.

The Role Reporting to the Electrical Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Planned and breakdown maintenance on fixed plant equipment
- Fault finding and troubleshooting electrical issues
- Preventative maintenance and inspections
- Maintaining conveyors, crushers, screens, stackers, reclaimers and processing equipment
- Working safely within BHP site procedures and standards
- Completing maintenance documentation and reports
Essential Requirements
- WA Electrical Workers Licence
- BHP WAIO Inducted - Essential
- WA Electrica License
- White Car
- Working at Heights
- EWP
- LVR/CPR
- First Aid
- Current C Class Driver's Licence
- Previous fixed plant maintenance experience within mining
- Ability to diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork

You are a motivated and safety-focused electrician who enjoys working within a collaborative maintenance team. You have previous experience maintaining fixed plant equipment in a mining environment and are looking for a long-term FIFO opportunity with a leading client.
