About the Role

Lead the operation of crushing, transport and ore stockpiling processes during your shift, ensuring production, safety and continuity through effective people and resource management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervisar la operación de los procesos de chancado, clasificación, transporte y apilamiento de mineral.
• Monitor operational variables and performance indicators to ensure production plans are met.
• Coordinate activities with Maintenance and support areas to guarantee operational continuity.
• Lead work teams, managing resources and priorities for the shift.
• Manage deviations and operational contingencies, implementing corrective actions where appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health and environmental standards.
• Prepare and deliver operational shift reports.

Requirements

• Formation: Engineering Degree (Ejecutive Engineering) or relevant field.
• At least 4 years' experience in similar roles within the mining industry.
• Experience supervising crushing, transport and stockpiling processes.
• Experience leading operational teams and managing performance indicators.
• Knowledge of crushing, transport and stockpiling processes; control of process variables and performance indicators; coordination of operations and maintenance.
• SAP user level and data analysis tools.
• Desirable: knowledge of hydrometallurgical processes and the interaction between crushing, stockpiling and leaching.
• Health suitable for the role.
