IT Support Analyst

Your new role

In this role, you will provide IT support to a diverse, global user base across multiple regions. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support across a range of systems and technologies while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support across hardware, software, networking, and user access issues
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes
• Administer MFA resets and password support
• Manage users and devices via modern identity and device platforms
• Support email security, device encryption, and remote management tools
• Maintain accurate ticketing system updates and documentation
• Deliver efficient and professional support within a global IT environment

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365
• Exposure to networking fundamentals and end-user hardware support
• Familiarity with service desk or ticketing systems
• Experience or exposure to identity management, device management, or security tools (advantageous)
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
