Job Title: IT Site Support Engineer Job Roster: Based across our Leonora operations; Lifestyle 8 days on 6 days off FIFO roster Job Summary: Responsible for the preparation and execution of computer systems, software, and networks Job Statement: Join Genesis Minerals during an exciting phase of growth! Reporting to the Superintendent IT Support Operations, the Site Support Engineer plays a critical role in delivering reliable IT support across Genesis Minerals' operations. You'll be the key point of contact for site-based technology support, ensuring IT systems remain operational, issues are resolved efficiently, and improvement initiatives are successfully delivered. This role offers a balance of hands on operational support and project work, partnering closely with site teams to enhance technology outcomes while contributing to a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This position is based across our Leonora operations on a Lifestyle 8 days on, 6 days off FIFO roster from Perth.

Key Areas of Focus

• Providing frontline IT support across operational sites, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests
• Supporting and delivering site based IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Managing site infrastructure, hardware, server rooms, communication racks, and IT assets to maintain safe, reliable operations
• Working closely with external service providers to improve support outcomes, documentation, and service delivery
• Contributing to operational planning, budgeting, asset management, and technology strategy initiatives

About You

• Substantial experience in a FIFO Site Support Engineer, Systems Administrator, or similar IT support role
• Strong experience supporting Microsoft server, desktop, Active Directory, and modern workplace technologies
• Sound networking knowledge, including troubleshooting connectivity and site infrastructure issues
• Experience working with virtualised environments and enterprise IT systems.
• A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to contribute to and lead site based technology projects
• A current manual C Class driver's licence
• Relevant IT qualifications, ITIL, Microsoft, or networking certifications will be highly regarded
