About the Role

Our IT team is growing, and we’re looking for an IT End User Services Analyst to join our supportive, hands‑on team, based at our Bellevue site.

In this role, you’ll provide Level 2 end‑user support across the Ahrens Group, helping deliver reliable and consistent IT services to our office and operational teams.

You’ll support a broad range of technologies including business applications, end‑user devices, mobile technology and meeting room audio‑visual systems, including Microsoft Teams Rooms. The role also involves assisting Infrastructure teams where required, acting as an escalation point for more complex issues, and supporting junior analysts.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Troubleshoot and support end‑user devices, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals.
  • Support Microsoft Teams, meeting room audio‑visual systems and Microsoft Teams Rooms
  • Manage and escalate incidents and service requests through an ITSM platform
  • Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, Azure AD and Microsoft 365 accounts and permissions.
  • Assist in maintaining backup, security and monitoring systems.
  • Engage effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Contribute to the delivery of consistent and reliable IT services across the business.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in Level 2 end-user support, with exposure to or experience in Level 3 escalations.
  • Minimum 3-5+ years' experience in IT End User Services Analyst role.
  • Experience supporting users in a multi‑site IT environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration including Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM or similar).
  • Understanding of Active Directory and Entra AD user and group management.
  • Strong hardware, software and networking troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience managing user access, MFA, and security controls in a Microsoft environment
  • Working knowledge of ITSM frameworks and platforms such as ServiceNow, RemedyForce or ManageEngine
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sound understanding of cyber security and data protection practices.
  • A reliable, hands‑on team player with a customer‑focused approach.
