We’re looking for an Injury Management Advisor to join our national team, supporting people to recover and return to meaningful work. Based in North Sydney, you’ll be a trusted partner to employees, leaders, safety teams and health professionals, helping deliver positive outcomes across both physical and psychological injuries.

About the role

You’ll be the go‑to person for supporting our people through injury management, return‑to‑work programs and fitness‑for‑work assessments, helping them recover and return to meaningful work. This is a hands‑on role managing a varied caseload across Workers’ Compensation, Income Protection and Pre‑Employment Medicals, including both physical and psychological injuries. You’ll deliver supportive, compliant and practical outcomes, with strong autonomy and the opportunity to make a real difference every day.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and guide Return-to-Work plans in collaboration with site teams.
  • Manage Workers’ Compensation and Income Protection claims.
  • Liaise with health practitioners and allied health providers.
  • Oversee fitness-for-work assessments and pre-employment medical escalations.
  • Use our SOLVE Injury Management system (training provided).
  • Provide technical advice and mentoring to site teams.

About you

  • Experience employer-side in a similar injury management role with an allied health background.
  • Ability to manage a caseload and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Enthusiastic, willing to learn and adapt.
