Job Description
Join a focused improvement team driving critical enhancements to water management across a large-scale mining operation. Working alongside operations, planning and maintenance, you’ll play a key role in strengthening systems, processes and performance visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive improvements to water management dashboards, reporting and performance visibility
- Enhance processes and procedures, with a strong focus on compliance to plan
- Embed operational routines to support medium-term mine planning requirements
- Collaborate across Hydrogeology, Operations, Planning and Maintenance teams
- Analyse data to identify trends and drive performance improvements
About You
- Proven experience delivering operational improvement initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data and improve systems and performance
- Experience improving procedures, reporting and compliance frameworks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Power BI, SCADA and SAP
- Sound understanding of mining, dewatering and environmental processes
- Bachelor’s Degree required (Geology, Earth Sciences, Environmental Science or Engineering)
- Postgraduate studies in Hydrogeology / Groundwater highly regarded
