We’re looking for mechanically minded people to join a growing hydraulic workshop team in Chinchilla, Queensland. This role is ideal for someone from an automotive, diesel, agricultural, machinery, or trade background who enjoys practical work, problem solving, and dealing with customers.
You’ll work across both the workshop and front counter, helping customers with hydraulic and industrial solutions while also getting hands-on with assembly, repairs, and fault finding.

Your Day-to-Day
- Assisting customers over the counter and on the phone
- Providing hydraulic and product advice
- Hose assembly and workshop duties
- Fault finding and hands-on problem solving
- Preparing quotes and processing orders
- Building strong customer relationships
- Maintaining workshop safety and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive, mechanical, diesel, agricultural, or trade background
- Strong mechanical aptitude and practical skills
- Customer-focused with good communication skills
- Enjoys hands-on workshop work
- Motivated, reliable, and team-oriented
- Current driver’s licence
Experience in hydraulics, hose assembly, fittings, machinery, or industrial products will be highly regarded.
