About the Role

Commencing in August 2026, we currently have an opportunity for an experienced and qualified HVAC Technician to join our workforce and play a key role in supporting the effective and efficient management of properties across Stockland’s national portfolio, with multiple sites to support across the area.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes for our client and our communities.

What You’ll Do

• Servicing, maintenance, and repairs on air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems across shopping centre
• Diagnose faults and carry out timely repairs to ensure minimal disruption
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to maintain system efficiency and reliability
• Install and commission split systems, ducted air conditioning, and ventilation equipment as required
• Monitor and maintain indoor air quality and temperature control to support resident wellbeing
• Ensure all work complies with Australian standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements (including refrigerant handling)

About You / Requirements

• Proven experience in servicing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning and refrigeration systems
• Demonstrated fault-finding and diagnostic experience across split, ducted, and commercial HVAC systems
• Experience carrying out preventative maintenance and routine inspections
• Background working in residential, commercial, or community environments
• Prepared to undertake necessary pre-employment checks including National Police Check and medical
• Working with Children’s Check - mandatory

Qualifications & Certifications

• Refrigerant Handling Licence (RHL ARCtick Licence)
• Electrical Work Licence (Restricted or Full)
• Working with Children’s Check - mandatory
