Key Responsibilities

• Prepare labour and material estimates for maintenance activities
• Develop and review work packs and job scopes
• Support planning, scheduling and reporting activities
• Assist with risk assessments and mitigation strategies
• Support procurement and contractor planning activities
• Monitor costs, resources and workforce requirements
• Work with CMMS systems and planning tools

What You'll Bring

• HVAC or Refrigeration trade qualification
• Oil & Gas, LNG or Mining industry experience
• Experience with work pack development and estimating
• Exposure to SAP, Maximo, Pronto or similar CMMS
• Strong planning and resource coordination skills
• High level Excel and reporting capabilities
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
